Wanafunzi waliochaguliwa kujiunga na Mafunzo ya Ualimu mwaka wa masomo 2013/2014 wanatakiwa kuripoti katika Vyuo walivyopangiwa tarehe 15/08/2013.

Fomu ya maelekezo (joining instruction) itatumwa kwa mhusika kupitia anuani yake. Aidha, fomu hizi zinapatikana pia kwenye tovuti hii  kwa kubofya katika link ya Chuo husika. 
Wanafunzi wanatakiwa kufika Vyuoni wakiwa na mahitaji yafuatayo: 
  1. Vyeti halisi vya Baraza la Mitihani la Tanzania kidato cha NNE na SITA kulingana na kozi husika; 
  2. Ada ya muhula wa kwanza sh.100,000/= au ya mwaka sh. 200,000/=; 
  3. Sare ya Chuo kulingana na maelekezo ya Chuo husika; na 
  4. Fedha za tahadhari chuoni na matumizi binafsi.

Mkuu wa Chuo anatakiwa kuhakikisha wanafunzi wanaosajiliwa Chuoni ni wale waliopo kwenye orodha hii tu na SI vinginevyo.
